Site Visit Information:
A Forest Service site visit for the project will be held on January 18, 2022 at:
Womble Office 8:00 – 10:00 am;
Oden Office 9:00 – 11:00 am;
Cold Springs Office 11:00am – 1:00pm.

Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the
HVAC units and apparatuses including electrical, insulation, and duct work. The HVAC system
replacement for the replacement of 5 HVAC systems.
Location:The work will be completed at:

Set Aside:The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS of this
acquisition is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
