Specifications include, but are not limited to: Black River Technical College (BRTC) plans to purchase one pre-owned Tractor Truck. This Tractor Truck will be used by BRTC for CDL Training.; MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS A. The Tractor Truck should be black or dark blue in color. B. BRTC will test drive and inspect the condition of the Tractor Truck prior to purchase. The Tractor Truck must meet inspection and acceptance by BRTC prior to purchase. C. The Tractor Truck must meet the following minimum specifications. Vehicle Type Sleeper with 60-inch cab and raised roof Commercial Grade Class 8 Transmission 9, 10, or 13 speed manual Model year 2015 or newer Manufacturer Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Kenworth, Western Star, or International Engine Detroit or Cummings Drive Axles Tandem Suspension Air ride Fifth Wheel Adjustable slide Mileage 250,000 miles or less
