Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Company must provide a professional, high quality, advertising program at the Airport including, but not limited to: i. Design ii. Development iii. Marketing iv. Maintenance B. The Company must provide static advertising that includes the opportunity to develop, construct, place, operate, maintain, and sell advertising for existing and future dioramas, floor displays, wraps, and other specialty advertising displays deemed desirable and approved by the Commission. C. The Company must develop, operate, maintain, and sell advertising for existing and future courtesy telephone boards. D. The Company must provide multi-media advertising that includes new “cutting edge” and “state-of-theart” multi-media advertising concepts such as video walls, interactive devices, multi-media devices, etc., or those that represent new methods of generating advertising revenues not identified herein. E. The Company must feature an advertising program that is aesthetically consistent with, and complementary to, the Airport’s design and architecture without interfering with operational efficiencies or objectives of the Airport.
