Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is soliciting requests for proposals to provide a part-time trailscoordination contractor. A balance of technical hiking and biking trail skills and interpersonalskills is a must. It is desired that the contractor possess qualifications such as an engagingleadership style with strong interpersonal skills, effective public speaking skills, and goodwriting ability and should have previous training and experience working with volunteers strongplanning and organizational skills with the ability to manage volunteer workdays. Also, thecontractor should possess sufficient knowledge of trail maintenance and construction work tofacilitate trail projects and experience working in partnerships with non-profits and publicagencies.
