The University of Central Arkansas is seeking a comprehensive student engagement platform. The project aims to further engage our students in campus life and streamline our administrative processes. The selected software will provide custom websites for every Recognized Student Organization (over 150) and a centralized campus life calendar to allow the University to pull reports on student involvement in real time, provide a full co-curricular transcript for every student, and have references of a high student adoption rate in other institutions. The University anticipates a population of 10,000 students and 3,000 staff (for a total of 13,000) being participants in the project for the 2026-2027 academic year. The goal of this project is to increase campus awareness of opportunities and improve student engagement and retention.
