Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant will work under the guidance of the Strategic Planning Steering Committee which will include representatives of University leadership. The consultant’s role will be to support the committee in: 1. Designing, guiding, and facilitating the strategic planning process 2. Gathering and analyzing relevant data and existing studies, plans, and reports 3. Compiling findings into a planning document for the committee to use to identify desired outcomes and strategies 4. Facilitating and documenting planning sessions 5. Planning sessions to analyze the data and identify long-term strategies with short-term goals and activities to support the strategies 6. Identifying the resources and partnerships needed to implement the plan 7. Evaluating the selected direction and strategies in relation to the University’s organizational structure 8. Producing a final strategic plan for the University 9. Producing a plan to monitor and evaluate the strategic plan’s implementation
