Specifications include, but are not limited to: Post frame building, clear span 30’ X 80’ – 12’; 3:12 Pitch trusses, designed for local loads; 29-Gauge 40-year metal, trim, and gutters; Post in the ground erection, post to be buried a minimum of 4’ and anchored by concrete and rebar ties; 2 – 3068 Steel frame & leaf walk doors (white); 3 – 12’ X 10’ Non-insulated steel sectional overhead doors with manual lift (white); 2” WMP-VR R6 vinyl backed insulation for roof only; Building warranty one year for materials and workmanship; Site prep for level grade by others; Clear Span Size shall be 30' x 80'; Framing Lumber - Roof purlins are 1400F or better, kiln dried. 2" x 4" spaced 20" on center. Side nailers or 2" x 6" 30" approx. O. C. st’d and better.; Bracing - Corner braces, lateral truss ties as needed. Kicker and upright braces over endwall doors.; Roofing and siding panels - 29 GA, 1 1/4 ounce zinc-coated steel with an additional baked-on colored finish. Color is 1 mil thick on exterior, ½ mil thick on interior.; Gutters - 5" box type gutters, factory painted, on both sides of the building. Two downspouts to be installed on each side of Building.; Trim - Steel or aluminum with color finish on corners, gables, ridge and doors.; Overhead Doors - Aluminum frames with sectional panels of translucent fiberglass.
