Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Arkansas Athletic Department is inviting interested professional consulting firms, experienced and knowledgeable in LED display, IPTV, video control/production centers and video transport design, with a background of working with local, State, and Federal agencies in obtaining permits for work, to submit their qualifications for consideration to provide professional services. The consultant will be responsible for designing and permitting the Technology Expansion Project to meet current and future needs. Consultant selection will be in accordance with standard policies as detailed in the RFP. This consulting firm will be selected through a RFP process only companies which respond to this RFP are eligible to be invited to participate in that RFP process. The intent is for the consultant to provide a variety of technological consulting assistance to the Athletic Department. The consulting firm will be required to select and prepare independently bid plans and specifications for construction, as well as other duties as determined by the contract.
