Specifications include, but are not limited to: The completed Work will provide Owner with various wastewater treatment facility improvements. More specifically, the Project includes, but is not limited to, construction of the following: 1. Influent Pumping Improvements a. Construct Peak Flow Pump Station with firm capacity of 30.5 MGD. b. Install new parallel peak flow forcemain. c. Piping modifications within existing influent pump station. d. Construct a new influent splitter structure. e. Replace existing 16" design flow force main with new 36" forcemain. 2. Final Clarifier Improvements a. Install two new 150-foot diameter final clarifiers to increase peak flow capacity of final clarifiers from 31.7 MGD to 40 MGD, with site layout provisions to accommodate a third new 150' final clarifier increasing final clarifier capacity to 50 MGD in future phase. b. Install new mixed liquor splitter box to accommodate 3 new final clarifiers. c. Rehabilitate four existing 120' diameter final clarifiers with new mechanisms and concrete repair. d. Construct new final secondary effluent junction box. 3. RAS/WAS Pump Station a. Construct new RAS/WAS pumping facilities to support 3 new final clarifiers, complete with new electrical room, control, and bridge crane. b. Modifications to existing RAS booster station piping.
