Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, capable, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors to complete the Southwest Bentonville Trail Project (SW Bentonville Trail). The trail extension from Preston Park to the Bentonville Community Center will extend a twelve-foot wide concrete trail from the southwest corner of the Preston Park Development to the southwest corner of the Bentonville Community Center property and will include a prefabricated bridge, a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB), street crossing and bicycle rack pads at Brightfield Elementary. The Scope of Work will include all work required to complete each improvement and all other project and works noted in the Bidding Documents. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for 100% completion of the work, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, demolition, disposal, transportation, insurance, profit, and all other necessary components to perform the work as specified.
