Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal is to create a qualified vendor list of firms capable of providing Construction Management Services for the City of Little Rock citizens. The work will generally consist of providing construction services dealing with Emergency rehabilitation of properties under federal housing program grant. Housing departments can then select from the qualified vendor list when projects become available, streamlining the procurement process. 1. New contractors can only have one contract in progress at any time until they have successfully completed at least three (3) contracts within a twelve (12) month period.; 2. All jobs must adhere to contract dates.; 3. The vendor must adhere to the description of work.; 4. No job should exceed economic feasibility.; 5. All work begins 5 calendar days from date noted on work write- up.; 6. The vendor shall comply with inspections.; 7. The vendor must immediately submit accurate invoices, purchase orders, or change reports.; 8. The vendor shall adhere to the reimbursement deadlines for payment.
