Specifications include, but are not limited to:
Ability to report, respond, and resolve incidents/requests via a variety of communication methods (i.e. telephone, web portal, email, etc.).
o Ease of operational support and end-user usage.
o Ability to build/modify workflows appropriate to the function needed.
o Web-based portal functionality that will include the ability to create multiple enduser portals for different functional areas of ARDOT (IT, HR, Facilities, etc.)
