Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove Structure, foundation, and footings; Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition); Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line ; Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys; Trim tree branches to no less than 8’ from the ground ; Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash; Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street ; Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks ; Remove Front Steps ; Remove Handrails at Front Steps ; Remove all Accessory Structure(s) ; Remove Mailbox ; Fill may be required ; Remove Dead Tree & Limbs; Remove storm shelter and fill
