Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove upstairs existing and/or downstairs existing hollow metal window frame. 2. Provide and install new waterproof membrane as recommended by Cromwell Engineering report (see attachment). 3. Provide and install new aluminum store front window frames with new 1" glass. The frame's finish color needs to be Hartford Green. The color needs to match the newest replaced frames color (Hartford Green) in the conference room, tv room, and other areas that were completed in 2017. 4. Upstairs window frames and downstairs window frames will be 4 1/2” depth overall. 5. Provide and install new wood window trim upstairs and downstairs. 6. Patch and repair interior of walls around window frames as needed. 7. Patch and repair exterior of walls around window frames as needed. 8. Clean up after the operation. 9. Any unfinished open areas must be covered at the end of the day to prevent water leakage during a rain event.
