Remove existing flooring Remove existing wall base Patch and repair any sheetrock needed for the new wall base Prep concrete slab for new flooring Patch and repair any flaws in the concrete slab needed for the new flooring Remove existing glue, clean and prep concrete slab to accept glue for new flooring Lay new flooring throughout the second floor Approximately 11,750 sq ft of new flooring Make a suitable transition from new flooring to existing title floors Lay new rubber wall base Repair and paint any wall defects for the new wall base Clean up the job site at the end of each day unless otherwise approved All work shall be done during normal working hours Weekends shall be approved by Hot Springs Police Department (HSPD) HSPD personnel will move furniture as needed
