Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition and replacement of the existing Runway 22R Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS), mill and overlay of the existing asphalt EMAS support pavement and Runway 4L and 36 blast pads, temporary and permanent displacement of the Runway 36 threshold, relocation and reinstallation of Runway 18-36 edge lights and Runway 36 threshold lights, reconstruction of the Runway 4L and 36 end lights, installation of runway distance remaining signage (RDR) on Runway 18-36, removal and reinstallation of multiple FAA Runway 4L medium intensity approach lighting system with runway alignment indicator lights (MALSR) stations, replacement of the existing runway guard light (RGL) system for Runway 4L-22R and associated taxiways, pavement grooving, pavement marking removal, temporary and final pavement marking, and sodding as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
