A. Interview clients to obtain background information, including family history, education, and mental, physical, and emotional health, and prepare report indicating medical problems, educational levels, special needs, residential plans, and further assessment needs. B. Administer and score psychological tests, interpret and evaluate test results, and determine an individualized behavioral management/treatment program. C. Provide psychological counseling, cognitive behavior and psychosocial skills instruction, and behavior modification/management recommendations. D. Monitor behavior management and treatment programs, document progress or regression, modify programs, as necessary, and prepare and maintain progress reports on each client. E. Ensure progress notes are prepared and maintained on each client. F. Attend staff meetings and workshops scheduled to discuss progress/problems of clients and make recommendations regarding behavior management.
