Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Marketing of insurance coverages with appropriate carriers and making recommendations for the most cost effective and comprehensive coverages; B. Assist the City with drafting of requests for proposals for insurance or related services; C. Reviewing and analyzing proposals and/or insurance quotes; D. Responding to contract questions; E. Risk management consulting services relevant to city government and other public entities in Arkansas, including benchmarking of limits and types of coverages carried; F. Loss Control services consisting of reviewing underwriter’s recommendations and evaluating hazards facing the City of Little Rock, including periodic site visits; and G. Claims audit services for claims handled by a Third Party Administrator engaged by the City of Little Rock to administer workers’ compensation claims.
