A. The Contractor shall provide Prepared Meals Sunday through Saturday, seven (7) days per week, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. B. The Contractor shall provide eighty (80) breakfasts per day and eighty (80) dinners per day up to the maximum of one hundred six (106) breakfasts per day and one hundred six (106) dinners per day. C. The Contractor shall have the flexibility to handle increases and decreases in the minimum/maximum population numbers. D. Breakfasts and dinners must be ready for pickup at 6:30 AM CST and 4:30 PM CST respectively. E. The DOC will provide the Contractor with the meal count including any dietary restrictions or modifications each day by 5:00 AM CST for breakfast and 12:30 PM CST for dinner.
