Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Haven is seeking consultant services to prepare a new strategic parking management plan for the on-street parking inventory in New Haven, Connecticut. In addition, the City is seeking to engage the consultant for on-call, as needed tasks associated with the implementation of the plan and, importantly, with the planned conversion from single-space to multi-space parking meters. As explained in more detail below, New Haven is a growing regional center with consistent demand for on- and off-street parking. This project is an emerging city priority based on this demand as well as the age of the existing parking meter inventory and the nationwide appeal of dynamic parking programs
