Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide labor, material and necessary equipment to paint exterior walls, concrete block, windows, metal railings, door frames, bay doors, and light poles 2. EIFS Paint (stucco) - Sherwin Williams Emerald Exterior 3. Metal Paint (windows, doors, railing, etc.) - Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior 4. All paint shall be fade resistant - additives upon approval 5. Paint color: EIFS - Sand Dune EIFS - Trim - Trusty Tan Concrete Block - Fired Brick Metal - Close match Hartford Green 6. Approval must be given for any type of paint other than the specified paint, depending on the type of material to which it shall be applied 7. All surfaces shall be prepped prior to painting 8. Contractor shall paint the trim cap and the arch window frame (half-circle). Do not paint the trim cap on the portico 9. All cracks in the brick must be sealed prior to paint 10. Replace brick expansion joint material with elastomeric caulk ideal for brick expansion (i.e. NP1) 11. All work shall be done during normal working hours 12. Any work requiring scaffolding or lifts shall be set up so that fire engines can still respond out of the stations 13. Job site shall be cleaned up at the end of each day unless otherwise approved 14. Contractor shall provide power, lighting and storage of materials unless otherwise approved 15. Contractor shall be licensed and insured
