Renovation: Add new exterior door and panic hardware, electric strike / keyed lock (Corbin Russwin lock set) and owner furnished/contractor installed access controls – locate power supple panel in the Data closet. Paint the glass in window (rock side) infill the room side with metal studs and wood blocking for TV and sheetrock. Add lockable gate to stair landing. Add new door to data closet…1 ¾” thick door with louver vent at bottom, Corbin Russwin mortise lock set with 2 ¾” backset / classroom function—Corbin Russwin N8 6 pin cylinder. Patch, infill walls, re-paint and touch-up finish on all walls throughout the building (excluding wood treaded walls). Paint all trim. Walls-- Dorian grey SW 7017 trim – Origmi white SW 7636 oil base. Re-Paint all kitchen cabinets. Pediment Grey SW 7634 Electrical / Low voltage: Furnish, install and terminate / certify all Cat 6 cable (see notes on plan sheets) Furnish and install patch panels and install owner furnished rack. Run cable/ electrical for door access controls (owner furnished—reader, boards, panels and hood). Install exterior electric strike for door. Install cable, box / plates, and install owner furnished camera. Terminate exist fiber on both ends. Provide Cat 6 cable, box/ plate for owner furnish alertus station. Provide Cat 6 and install owner furnished call station—1 cat 6 to data 1cat 6 to phone block. Furnish and install new 150 amp panel / breakers Furnish and install small 110v AC unit in data closet. Furnish Cat 6, box / mud ring, terminate and install owner furnished APs for wireless. Furnish and install floor box and conduit see plan notes—cut sheet attached
