Specifications include, but are not limited to: ATU seeks responses from qualified attorneys and/or law firms from which one or more may be selected to work with ATU’s General Counsel to provide ATU with legal representation and services in immigration and/or intellectual property matters. Depending upon its needs, ATU may select one or more attorneys or firms to provide legal services in each practice area. The decision to retain any particular firm(s) or attorney(s) will be solely within the discretion of ATU, after consideration of relevant Qualifications from the respondents, on a matter-by matter basis. If ATU awards any contract to a qualified respondent or respondents as a result of this RFQ, ATU intends any resulting contract or contracts to run from May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023, with options to renew in one year increments for up to six (6) additional years running from May 1 through April 30, not to exceed a maximum total of seven (7) consecutive years. The execution of any such contract or contracts will not guarantee that any matter or any minimum number of matters will be assigned to any particular firm(s) or attorney(s).
