Minimum 24/7 recording, 30 Day retention, 15 Frames per Second recording capability and server space NO less than 115 Terabytes total storage across entire system on Video Grade Hard Drives.(Motion Only is not acceptable) 3. ALL cameras must have audio/ video and Night Vision (or) I.R. capability. 4. ALL Recorded video should be Time/Date/Watermarked Stamped 5. Bid should include ALL Hardware, Software, and peripheral equipment necessary to view, operate, and manage entire system. Including necessary battery backups. Including no less than 2- 60” LED Monitors and all installation hardware.(System should be Non-Vendor Restrictive) 6. Minimum 5-year warranty (Vendor Administrated) Including call out time, labor, and costs associated with onsite repair and/or maintenance. Along with 24/7 Tech support and onsite training when needed. No greater than 12 hr. response time. 7. Mobile Application included in with unlimited users 8. Include all available finance options (Up to 48 mo) 9. Full Removal of old system and installation of new system including all necessary time, labor, equipment, supplies and all applicable tax and or surcharges.
