. The vehicle must meet all the following minimum specifications prior to delivery: 1. Be furnished with all interiors, exterior trim and appointments listed by the manufacturer in printed specifications and literature as standard equipment. 2. Be equipped with all safety equipment required by the State of Arkansas and applicable Federal Regulations. 3. Be completely serviced, cleaned, and thoroughly inspected by the Contractor prior to delivery to the ordering entity. 4. Must not contain dealer advertisement or insignia. 5. Complete lubrication. 6. Full crankcase with oil. 7. Engine adjustment to proper operating conditions. 8. Inflated tires to proper pressure. 9. Perfect operation of all mechanical features. 10. Front end alignment and balanced wheels. 11. Clean with all unnecessary tags, stickers, papers, etc. removed
