Specifications include, but are not limited to: The succesful respondent shall perform and carry out, on an as needed basis, in a satisfactory and proper manner, as determined by the ACHA, the following services: 1. Serve as the principal non-staff advisor to the ACHA Board of Commissioners 2. Conduct an agency wide management review and make recommendations for improvements and the implementation of same. 3. Conduct and complete a vertification audit for compliance with state and federal housing regulations. 4. Conduct a fair housing audit to insure compliance with state and federal housing laws and regulations. 5. Conduct and complete a review of all resident related programs and services and make recommendations for improvements and implementation of same.
