Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Landscape maintenance shall be performed in a professional manner with extreme regard for employee, staff, and visitor safety and for the protection of the historic buildings. 2. Landscape maintenance shall be performed during the hours of 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday-Saturday, unless other arrangements are made with the Director. Motorized equipment shall not be used during public tours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, or during special events unless other arrangements are made with Director. No maintenance services shall be performed on Sunday. Maintenance contractor may be asked from time to time to change service date based on an upcoming event on the premises. The Director will give contractor ten day’s notice of needed change in date. 3. Maintenance technicians shall be readily identified by wearing of a company cap, shirt or uniform (such garments shall be of a single consistent color with the Company name or logo conspicuously emblazoned thereon). 4. Maintenance technicians shall always present themselves, by dress and behavior, in a professional manner (shirts shall always be worn, no cut-off shorts, no use of alcoholic beverages on the site, etc.). 5. Maintenance personnel shall park their vehicles only in parking areas designated for their use by the Director. 6. Arrangements for use of water, electricity, and sewer by the Maintenance Contractor shall be made between the Contractor and the Director. 7. The landscape area to be maintained shall include the land defined by the following boundaries: North - Heritage Park Road; East - row of shrubs East of apple orchard extending to and including back yard of Ed. Center, extending across Cherry Street to the line of trees; South - curb along W. Main St.; West- cedar trees and property line West of fence, extending across Cherry Street to the line of trees.
