Schedule of Items, Scope of Work, Wage Rates, Exhibit A, and Exhibit B is attached. The floor plan, sq ft, and the pre-proposal conference will be provided as soon as possible.
The period of performance of this contract is from contract award or March 01, 2022 through February 28, 2023 with two option years.
Your company must attend the pre-proposal to be considered for an award and the Government will not be responsible for any incurred cost. The Contractor shall assign to the contract proposal a list of personnel who will actually be doing the hands-on work. If awarded and there is a change of 2 or more staff, the contract may result in termination with no advance notice.
This is not a new requirement, past contract # is 127A8619D0001. No other information will be provided.
