Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking an experienced, professional firm to provide Internet, Phone, Firewall and WAN Services. The LRCVB team is looking for a partner that can provide a flexible and scalable broadband service solution and implementation plan that meets operation expectations, eliminate risks, and futureproofs the organization. The exact scope of service will be determined in consultation with the winning bidder and no pricing should be provided at this point. However, below are the desired requirements: A primary-active dedicated fiber internet circuit of at least 1Gbps at Robinson Center- 426 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201. Contractor shall provide the ability and flexibility to increase circuit bandwidth on a temporary basis to meet business level demands. A secondary-failover fiber circuit of at least 100 Mbps at the Statehouse Convention Center- 101 E Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201. This circuit should not be on the same physical pathway and substation as the Robinson Center Circuit to provide maximum outage protection. As part of the proposal bidder should include drawings showing how the physical separation of these 2 circuits could be achieved. Exact details of the redundancy and separation will be decided during the contracting phase. The bidder shall provide Firewall Protection services. Bidder will be responsible to manage and apply changes to firewall configuration, granting local access controls to selected LRCVB IT Staff for business related provisions (such as whitelisting or blacklisting URLs). The bidder shall provide the required firewall changes to ACL and configuration within one business day. The bidder shall provide the firewall management and maintenance SLA options as part of the proposal. The bidder shall provide telephone service such as digital voice and support SIP trunking for telephone. LRCVB currently uses Mitel Connect as its PBX solution and wishes to retain that PBX. The bidder shall provide connectivity to remote site locations. The exact solution will be determined during the contracting phase, but the current desire is for SD-WAN. However, the bidder shall describe their proposed solution in the bid response. Addresses for current remote sites can be found below. Locations may expand over time. Specific IPs and scalability requirement will be coordinated with winning Bidder. The bidder shall guarantee monthly average uptime to be greater than 98% in SLA and describe current uptime statistics in bid response. The bidder shall provide a minimum mean time to restore Internet service of 4 hours for electronics and 6 hours for cable issues.
