The Department of Corrections plans to contract services for Inmate Communications. The Department of Corrections seeks information about solutions that currently exist in the market for Inmate Communication Systems (ICS) and is interested in learning what information would be needed to scope a plan for products and services. The Department intends to select a vendor who can provide an effective ICS for all of its facilities providing the following products: telephones (call processing, call recording, call administration, call investigation), inmate banking, tablets, music, mail distribution, video visitation and kiosk; products should include capabilities such as controlling usage, and security features that prevent fraudulent activity. The vendor shall, at no cost to the agency provide all installation to include all wiring, related hardware and software to all facilities. (Attachment 1)
