This project is for a Firm-fixed Price Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO and T) Supply Contract for the Medical Center Addition and Alteration (MCAA) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), located at Naval Support Activity Bethesda Campus, Bethesda, MD., and follows a DBB project for this location. Transition is expected to include 520 personnel (estimated). The planned renovations and additions to WRNMMC are intended to provide wounded warriors, active-duty military personnel and their families with world-class healthcare services based on the principles of evidence-based design.
