The selected Contractor shall document academic and professional credentials sufficient to demonstrate competency to perform the described historic preservation services. The Contractor will be responsible for researching the history of these four (4) structures, to include but not limited to the following sources: Garland County Historical Society, Garland County Property Tax records, the Arkansas State Library, and the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program. Specifically, the contract should meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualification Standards for History and/or Architectural History, as follows. Adequacy of this demonstration shall be at the sole discretion of the City of Hot Springs.
