Description: DeGray Convention Center HVAC System Replacement Scope of Work: Currently, the HVAC system at Lake DeGray Resort State Park’s Convention Center is no longer heating and cooling efficiently due to outdated parts that cannot be repaired or replaced. The extent of this project includes removal and proper disposal of eight (8) existing heat pump units, including air handlers, and the furnishing and installation of eight (8) new heat pump units, air handlers, refrigerant lines, and thermostats if required. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Inspection and Assessment: Detailed inspection and assessment of existing heat pumps and related infrastructure. 2. Removal: Safe removal and proper disposal of existing units. 3. Installation: Installation including all necessary connections, controls, and auxiliary equipment. 4. Testing: Comprehensive testing of the new heat pump units to ensure optimal performance. 5. Training: Providing training for Park Maintenance Staff on the operation and maintenance of the new units. 6. Contractor to provide electronic and/or hard copies of O&M manuals for new units. 7. Compliance: Ensuring all work meets local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications. 8. Ductwork: Build, install, and/or reroute ductwork where systems will be located. Contractor must reroute electrical to new location of units, and reuse disconnects.
