Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.The vendorshallassign a qualified technician (Class A, B,C, or HVACR Registrant Licenseas defined by the State of Arkansas depending on the equipment size) to each Work Order issued by the City.B.The vendor shallperform all work with a one (1) year warranty onlabor.C.The vendor shallhave a qualified technician on site within thefollowing time frames:1.Twenty four (24) hours for general requests2.One (1) hour for requests labeled as "emergency"D.The vendor shallperform, at a minimum, the following services: 1.Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions in HVAC control equipment, door access and generator controls.2.Repairs or replaces malfunctioning components3.Installs and connects control wiring to HVAC equipment4.Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings5.Work with most current version AutoCAD or greater in order to drawand alter floor plans to show HVAC controlswhere applicable.E.The vendor shallsecure a permit on all jobs as required by theCity Codes Department. The City permit fees will be waived.
