Specifications include, but are not limited to: NATURE OF SERVICES SOUGHT The firm selected will be directed by the Grants Management Division of the City of Little Rocks Department of Finance. The tasks may include, but may not be limited to: - Prepare Environmental Review documentation including all phases of completion until project is deemed cleared by AR Economic Development Commission. - Compile and draft detailed grant management reports including quarterly and annual reports - Conduct Davis Bacon interviews, obtain and review all necessary documentation and resolve any issues - Assist with the communication among contractors, city and granting agencies - Procure and manage required documentation as outlined by AEDC - Obtain and maintain a good working relation with AEDC, US EDA and other granting agencies and - Ensure that the all contractors/subrecipients are meeting deliverables and are in grant compliance
