Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bidder shall: 11.1 List the purchase price of 95 new firearms consisting of: A. 5-Glock G45 Gen 5 MOS With Ameriglo Night Sights (With 3 Mags) B. 90- Glock G17 Gen 5 MOS With Ameriglo Night Sights (With 3 Mags); 11.2 List a total trade-in price for all 92 trade-in firearms, ammo and accessories, that are listed separately in Section 12, including: Section 12.1. 87 department issued weapons, ammo and accessories for trade-in 11.3 Provide documentation proving authority to sell Glock law enforcement weapons; 11.4 Complete all price listings and values under Section 12 for 92 trade-ins and 95 purchases; 11.5 Include prices for all labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, etc., to cover the furnishing of the items bid. Sales tax is not to be included in the bid price. Applicable Arkansas sales tax laws will apply to this bid, but will not be considered in award of the bid; and 11.6 Allow the Washington County Sheriff’s Office a sixty (60) day phase period from the date of receipt of all new weapons to train personnel and issue new weapons before requiring delivery of traded-in weapons.
