Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is looking to contract with a qualified vendor who can provide an Event Cancellation Insurance policy to insure the expenses incurred by the production of the 2022 Little Rock Marathon Weekend.; If Marathon is canceled or under threat of cancellation, those involved may face additional expenses as well as profit loss. The City of Little Rock is looking for event cancellation insurance which offers protection against loss of revenue or irrecoverable costs following unforeseen disruptions to the event.; A. The desired outcome is for the City to procure Cancellation Insurance coverage if the 2022 Little Rock Marathon is canceled.; A. The vendor must be licensed to provide Cancellation Insurance.; B. The vendor must have experience in the special events field, specifically dealing with event cancellations.
