Specifications include, but are not limited to: A term contract for a qualified individual or firm (s) with proven expertise to serve as an Evaluator for the scope of work under the Title III HBCU and Future Act grants and the proposed Title Grant activities for 2022-2026. The successfully contractor will be expected to: • Identify and analyze data that assess the realization of program objectives, budgetary restraints, allowability, and allocability. • Present and discuss findings via verbal feedback to administrators. • Carry-out the evaluation beginning Spring/Summer 2022, and follow the same sequence each year (2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026). • A total of at least one (1) review is required each year to carry out the aforementioned expectations. • Submit a written evaluative report to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) administrators within two weeks of visit.
