Specifications include, but are not limited to: September 22, 2014 City of Fayetteville, AR Request for Proposal RFP 14-11, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System The City of Fayetteville, AR is interested in soliciting proposals from qualified providers of municipal software whose product offering meets or exceeds current City requirements and whose complete product offering provides a robust solution set that will allow the City to continue to leverage this investment well into the future as the needs of the City grow and evolve. In addition to providing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the City is looking for consulting services during implementation, to include project management assistance, training, data conversion, report development, interface assistance, etc. A complete list of desired services are identified in the RFP. The solution proposed may be an on premise solution, a hosted ERP system, a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering on a subscription basis. The City strongly prefers an on premise solution as opposed to a hosted or SaaS offering. To be considered, proposals shall be received at the City Administration Building, City Hall, Purchasing - Room 306, 113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas, 72701 by Friday, October 31, 2014 before 2:00:00 PM, local time. No late submittals shall be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at 2:00 PM, local time in Room 326 of City Hall, 113 W Mountain, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
