Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors must inspect all roofs to verify proper quantity of measurement to provide an estimate of replacement cost. All roofs must be inspected by the Community Development Inspector after the roofing materials have been removed down to the decking. All damage decking must be inspected and replaced.; The Contractor acknowledges to remove from site all construction materials, tools and debris. Sweep clean all exterior work areas. Vacuum all interior work areas, removing all visible dust, stains, labels and tags. Clean all windows referenced in specifications.; D. The vendor shall have a current EPA Renovate Right Paint Firm Certification and Lead Based Paint Certification (Certified Renovator) to renovate or paint on homes that are pre 1978 and contain Lead Base Paint.; E. The vendor shall provide proof of General Liability Insurance required to complete the rehab.
