Remove 50% of tree limb length that overhands any structure. Remove all debris and rake clean.; TEAR OFF AND REROOF SHINGLES--Remove and dispose of all roofing & defective sheating. Synthetic felt and plastic cap fasteners. Install ice and water shield in all valleys, Install preformed aluminum, drip edge, and vent pipe boots.
