The vendor shall provide proof of a valid Arkansas Contractors License, listing rehabilitation or higher classification of general/commercial contractor prior to award of a resulting contract.l C. The vendor shall provide proof of a valid City of Little Rock Business License, showing rehabilitation or higher classification of general/commercial contractor prior to award of a resulting contract.l D. The vendor shall have a current EPA Renovate Right Paint Firm Certification and Lead Based Paint Certification (Certified Renovator) to renovate or paint on homes that are pre 1978 and contain Lead Base Paint.l E.
