Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide 18 training sessions with hand-outs and detailed steps on performance measure topics requested throughout the State of Arkansas to high school students participating in work experiences, along with their parents/guardians and professionals. Participate in 4 web-based trainings hosted by Arkansas Rehabilitation Services and Arkansas Transition Services on the performance measure topics as requested throughout the State of Arkansas. Complete monthly reports and invoicing that reflects the training topics/locations served/individuals participating. Distribute, collect, and report to ARS satisfaction surveys from the training group on the presentations that reflect a minimum of an average “satisfactory” response from all respondents
