Specifications include, but are not limited to: An initial purchase of three (3) drones. 1. The camera shall be suitable for daylight human detection at 300 m and shall be suitable for daylight vehicle detection up to 1000 m. 2. The camera shall be suitable for nighttime human detection at 200 m and shall be suitable for nighttime vehicle detection up to 800 m. 3. The camera sensor resolution shall be 12.3 MP. 4. Video from electro-optical sensor (EO) shall be of file format: MP4, H.264, or H.265. 5. The system shall have two-axis stabilized electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) camera payload. 6. The system shall have the opportunity to simultaneously pitch the sensor and zoom as the drone is maneuvered. 7. The system shall have operating temperatures comparable to 14-degrees Fahrenheit to 110-degrees Fahrenheit.
