Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove the existing manually operated panel wall system including tracks and all panel system mechanisms.; B. Drywall and other wall and ceiling finishes may need to be removed in order to remove the existing panel wall system and install a new system.; C. All drywall and ceiling finishes removed or damaged during the installation of the new panel wall system are to be replaced in kind to pre-existing conditions.; D. All drywall is to be painted with appropriate primer and finished coat to match the existing color and type.; E. Install a new, paired operable panel wall system. The new panel system is to be attached to the existing header.; F. A pocket door shall be included and installed at the western end of the panel wall system. This replaces the existing pocket door.; G. The pocket door shall be part of the wall system with the same fabric finish.; H. Refer to Exhibit A for project location and dimensions.
