Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish interior by providing all labor, materials, and equipment to make ready for new construction as follows: • Remove all interior concrete walls. (Center wall currently supports bar joists. This will need to be replaced by steel structural beam with applicable support. Structural engineering involved for code compliance) • Remove all concrete curbing • Remove all steel work: doors, benches, metal ceilings, window guards, etc. • Remove all plumbing piping and cap off all floor drains and water piping within the slab, overhead, within walls, etc. • Remove all electrical fixtures, conduits, and wiring. • Remove all HVAC ducting • Finished project will consist of all interior partitions of any kind remove leaving the exterior walls in place including the interior wall separating the work area from the rest of the building being used. • Exterior walls to be chiseled free from remains of removed interior partitions.
