REPORTING REQUIREMENTS A. The subscription must provide vehicle history reports that must, at minimum, include the following information: 1. Crash information for each crash reported on the vehicle, including, at minimum: a. Crash report number b. Crash reporting agency c. Date of crash d. Day and time of crash e. County and city of crash f. Highway street name where crash occurred g. Number of motor vehicles Involved in crash 2. Vehicle information: a. Make b. Model c. Trim d. Year e. Plate number f. Plate state g. Window sticker information h. Color 3. Mileage (consistent mileage history and detected rollbacks) 4. Odometer reading (including “Actual Mileage”, “Not Actual Mileage” or “Exceeds Mechanical Limits”, potential odometer tampering or unreliable mileage readings, inconsistencies) 5. If the vehicle is part of a recall or known for common issues 6. Dealership name and information, including location 7. VIN (including identifying invalid VIN and suggesting the potential correct VIN) 8. Estimated damage to vehicle: a. Damage area/point (multiple if available) b. Type of collision c. Vehicle maneuver d. First harmful event, sequence of events (multiple if available) (may include fire/explosion) e. Airbag (multiple if available, including airbag deployment, structural damage) f.
