Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the TSS Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) for the Department of Finance and Administration Revenue Tax and Driver Services Motor Vehicle (DFA AIRS) to obtain pricing and a contract for the support and enhancement of the Arkansas Integrated Revenue Systems (AIRS), which is comprised of two separate systems: AIRS-Tax and AIRS-DSMV. This contract will be in addition to the licensing and software maintenance contract for the GENTAX and the DSVS platforms. The AIRS Tax System (AIRS-Tax) and AIRS Driver Services/Motor Vehicle System (AIRS-DSMV) are integrated software solutions used for vehicle registration and titling, driver’s license and permit issuance, driving records maintenance, driver’s license examination, tax registration and processing, and the associated revenue accounting and reporting. The DFA-Office of Information Services-AIRS Service Center (DFA-OIS-AIRS Service Center) is responsible for the management and coordination of all critical information technology components that make up DFA Revenue Division AIRS functions. The resources and services needed are for the support and enhancement of the Arkansas Integrated Revenue Systems (AIRS) IT ecosystem, which is comprised of both AIRS-DSMV and AIRS-Tax.
