Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Course Manager must be responsible for marking all turns along the routes, delineating any areas of the course where participants separate based on the race they are running, and assisting the Little Rock Marathon staff with dealing with any issues that may arise on the course.; B. The successful vendor must provide all necessary equipment to achieve these objectives, including the following: 1. Rental of 28” Traffic Cones three hundred (300); 2. Rental of 42” Delineators one hundred (100); 3. Rental of Course Signage – H poles forty (40); 4. Rental of plasticades twenty-five (25); 5. Rental of 10’ Truss Sticks for elevated course split signs three (3); 6. Crew fees (per man); 7. Miscellaneous supplies – course tape, caution tape, etc.; 8. Hotel fees; 9. Delivery fees for equipment; C. The successful vendor shall include professional staff necessary to accomplish a well-managed course and any fees that may be applied.
