Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor shall implement free programming in a safe, developmentally appropriate space located within the city limits of Little Rock.; B. The vendor shall submit annual background checks for all adults working with youth participants 17 and under, prior to award of the bid. C. The vendor and any collaborative partner(s)shall adhere to the confidentiality of all participant and family information.; D. The supplier shall develop and implement a program-specific reporting process to document and track participants served and work performed to be incorporated into the City’s data reporting paradigm.; E. The vendor shall submit monthly financial and program reports no later than the 10th of each month and shall adhere to City of Little Rock financial and program guidelines.; F. The vendor must maintain records and financial documents for five years after all funds have been expended or returned to Treasury. Wherever practicable, such records should be collected, transmitted, and stored in open and machine-readable formats.; G. The vendor shall use evidence-based and/or promising practices in developing, implementing, and evaluating their offered program.; H. The vendor shall participate in the Program monitoring process, if applicable. I. The vendor shall participate in the Youth Master Plan’s PIT Program Evaluation, if applicable.; J. The vendor shall track at least one (1) outcome and associated indicator in each of the four common outcome areas designated in the Youth Master Plan (found on pages 30-31 of the Youth Master Plan), if applicable.
